We make written submissions to consultations, reviews and inquiries that relate to financial services policy and regulation or dispute resolution arrangements. Through our submissions, we aim to reduce future disputes and to continue to improve the services provided both by us and by other dispute resolution services or mechanisms.
As the submissions we write are responses to proposals or questions raised by other organisations, you may find it helpful to read more information on the particular organisation’s website as well as what we have written in the submission. You may find important background information in a discussion paper or report on that website that may not appear in the submission we have written.
